Local Capacity Strengthening
Empowering Local Partners
The Goal is to Empower.
FRESH Global (FG) is committed to empowering local partners through continuous training and innovative cloud technology systems.
An Approach for Long Term Success
Unlike the traditional capacity-building model (CBM) that has been used in the past, our approach is designed for long-term success. The CBM was limited in its ability to address challenges such as high staff turnover, outdated software, and changes in the ever-evolving ecosystem. At FG, we believe in providing our partners with the tools and resources they need to thrive in today’s dynamic world.
FG’s Local Capacity Strengthening model effectively tackles the aforementioned challenges by adopting a comprehensive and sustainable approach.
One of the major obstacles faced is the retention of local NGO staff. To overcome this, FG offers ongoing training opportunities and regularly scheduled webinars to its global workforce, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver our exceptional services.
Another challenge many local partners have is updating their software applications and system crashes. Our services included cloud technology software with updates at no additional charge.
